How a build runs
The first valuable phase can often be delivered in weeks. Larger operating systems are built in controlled phases so your team can test and adopt each component before the next one begins.
If the requirements or the architecture are uncertain, we start with a paid audit. If you already have a clearly defined, feasible project, we skip straight to scoping the build.
We implement the single highest-value workflow first, with its own deliverables, timeline, price, client responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
Your team runs the phase on live projects and signs off against the acceptance criteria before anything else is built on top of it.
Each later workflow, team, or capability is scoped, priced, and agreed on its own. Future phases are never automatically included in the current scope.
