EyeOn Automations

AI for construction companies.

You bought your team Microsoft Copilot, pointed them at the built-in tutorials, and expected adoption to happen on its own. It didn’t. The licenses get paid for every month — and the work still happens the old way. That’s the gap I close.

The Copilot problem

Rolling out the license isn’t the same as rolling out the tool.

Most construction companies do the same thing: buy Microsoft Copilot for everyone, send a link to the generic training, and assume the team will figure it out. A few people poke at it, most never do, and a quarter later you’re paying for seats nobody uses.

It’s not a discipline problem. Generic tutorials teach Copilot on generic examples — not on your bid templates, your subcontractor records, your RFIs, your schedules. Your team never connects the tool to the job they actually do, so they go back to the way they’ve always done it.

The fix isn’t another video library. It’s someone who understands construction sitting with your team, on your work, showing them exactly where AI saves them an hour today.

What I actually do

On-site, hands-on, built around your operation

I come in and train your team on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude using your own documents and workflows. Each session is scoped for the people in the room — the work they do is the curriculum.

01

Leadership

Where AI actually changes capital allocation, hiring, and competitive position — and where it's hype. What to greenlight and what to ignore.

02

Operations

Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude inside the daily work: estimating, RFIs, submittals, change orders, vendor comms — using your own templates and records.

03

Field crews

Practical, mobile-first use on the jobsite. Voice-to-doc, photo summaries, plan reads, daily logs. No laptop required, no jargon.

When training isn’t enough

Sometimes the tool isn’t the problem — the workflow is.

No amount of Copilot training fixes a process that lives in one person’s head and a spreadsheet with 47 tabs. When the workflow itself is the bottleneck, I build custom software around how your company actually runs — estimating, scheduling, project portals, or a full operating system.

That’s the difference between me and a generic AI consultant: I can train your team, and I can build the system. See operating systems.

Where & how

On-site across Southern California

On-site training is the main event, and Southern California is home base — Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and everywhere in between. I’ve also run sessions in Arizona, and travel beyond is negotiable. When on-site doesn’t fit the schedule, we can run it remote or virtual.
