Scoring
Each question scores one to four points, for a total between 10 and 40. Where you land puts you in one of three tiers, and the tier matters more than the number.
Your operation is running on manual processes and tribal knowledge. AI would create more problems than it solves right now. The priority is getting your core workflows digitized and standardized first. That's where we start.
You have systems in place but they're not connected and a lot of manual work fills the gaps. This is the sweet spot for automation. There are probably 3-5 workflows in your operation right now that could be automated and save your team 10-20 hours a week.
