Senior-led, end-to-end

You own the work from kickoff to ship. No spec-handoff tax. You talk to clients, scope the build, write the code, and watch it run in production.

We ship in weeks, not quarters

Most engagements deliver in weeks. That means tight scope, sharp decisions, and a real bias to action. If you like 6-month roadmaps, this won’t feel right.

Construction is the domain

You don’t need a hard-hat background, but you’ll be building for estimators, PMs, superintendents, and operators. We learn their workflow before we write a line of code.

Stack we lean on

Next.js, Supabase, Vercel for custom builds. Airtable, Softr, and automation tooling for systems work. AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) woven through everything.

What we look for

The bar

  • Senior shipping experience. You’ve owned production systems and felt the consequences of your own decisions.
  • Comfortable with clients. You can run a discovery conversation without hiding behind a project manager.
  • AI-native. You use Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor / Copilot every day and know where they help and where they hurt.
  • Available on US hours. You work our clients’ days and overlap their hours. Where you live matters less than when you’re reachable.
  • Curious about the field. You’re willing to ride along on a job site or sit in on a bid review to understand the problem.

We’re always looking for good builders.

We’re actively accepting applications. We don’t wait for a seat to open up. We keep a bench of senior builders, and when a build lands that fits how you work, we go to the bench first.

If you check the consent box, we’ll also put your profile in front of companies hiring through us. Your email and video only ever go out after you’ve agreed to an intro.

Before you start: what we do with your answers

  • We ask how you work, a few open questions, and for a short video you record yourself. We don’t ask for ID, a resume, or anything financial.
  • Your answers become a written profile of how you work. We use Claude to draft it, and your name is never sent to the model.
  • We only show that profile to hiring companies if you tick the consent box. Your email and video stay with us until you agree to a specific intro.
  • Ask us to take you off the bench and we will, no questions asked. The how-to is in the privacy policy.
