Kelly Stephens is the founder and CEO of EyeOn Automations, an AI consulting and custom software company for construction and real estate operators. She spent 14 years at PulteGroup in sales, land, and construction across Arizona and California before she started building software for the industry.
EyeOn is based in Orange County, California, on the Irvine and Newport Beach border, and has worked with 70+ clients.

Kelly’s background
At Pulte, Kelly worked in sales, then land development in Arizona, then construction operations, resource planning, and trade partner coordination in Southern California. She trained trade partners on Pulte’s internal software and was their support contact when they had issues.
When Pulte built its internal scheduling system, she sat on the project advisory board. Toward the end, she was the only person on her team using Power Automate, and she was automating her own job. That’s when she decided to leave and do this for other companies.
Kelly is an Arizona State University alum, with a degree in Housing and Urban Development and architectural studies.
What EyeOn does
EyeOn runs AI and operations audits, delivers AI training on Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT, and builds custom software for construction companies, homebuilders, and real estate operators.
Before building anything, we look at whether the team needs upskilling, and we help set up an AI policy if there isn’t one. Kelly runs a process by hand at least three times before automating it, because automating a process nobody has defined is why a lot of systems fail.
