Know what to fix
before you pay to build it.

We talk to your people, map how work actually moves through the company, and identify where AI, automation, software, training, or a simpler process change will create the most value.

Who this is for

When an audit makes sense

  • You know operations are inefficient. You just don't know where to begin, or what it would cost to find out.
  • Multiple departments or workflows are involved. The problem crosses a handoff, which is usually where the money is actually leaking.
  • Your team has AI licenses but adoption is inconsistent. You bought Copilot or ChatGPT seats and usage died a few weeks after the rollout.
  • You are considering a significant custom system. A build is on the table and you want the scope pressure-tested before you commit to it.
  • An existing platform or prototype is unstable. Something is already in use, and nobody can tell you whether it's safe to run the business on.
  • Different stakeholders disagree about the problem. Two people describe the same process differently, so any solution starts as an argument.
  • Choosing the wrong technology would be expensive. The decision is hard to reverse, and you would rather be right than fast.

How we find it

The org chart isn’t how the work moves.

We interview the people who actually do the job, not just the people who describe it. The estimator, the PM, the coordinator keeping three spreadsheets nobody else knows about.

Then we map it. Every handoff, every re-key, every place a decision waits on someone’s inbox. That map is what makes the roadmap real instead of aspirational.

The deliverable

What you receive

  • Stakeholder interviews or team surveys
  • Current-state workflow findings
  • Operational bottlenecks and risks
  • AI and automation opportunities ranked by value
  • Readiness and adoption findings
  • Build-versus-buy recommendations
  • Recommended technical direction where appropriate
  • Prioritized 90-day roadmap
  • Budget and phase ranges
  • Executive findings presentation

The principle

You keep the findings whether EyeOn implements the roadmap or not.

The maps, the roadmap, and the ranges are yours. Hand them to another firm, hand them to your internal team, or put them in a drawer. The audit is a standalone engagement, and it is priced like one.

After the findings

What happens next

The audit ends with a roadmap and a decision that belongs to you. Three things typically happen from here. All three are a fine outcome, and nothing in the engagement obligates you to any of them.

01

We implement the top recommendation

If the highest-priority item is something we're the right team for, we scope it as a separate engagement with its own proposal, timeline, and price. That's a new decision, made after you've seen the findings.

02

We support training or adoption

Sometimes the answer isn't more software. It's getting your team to actually use what you already pay for. We can run that program, or hand the plan to whoever does.

03

You take the roadmap elsewhere

Your internal team, your existing vendor, or a firm you like better. The roadmap is written so anyone can execute it. We'd rather you fix the problem than wait on us.

What an audit costs

Pricing

Audits start at $3,500

Final pricing depends on the number of stakeholders, workflows, systems, and technical risks involved. Book a 30-minute fit call and we’ll tell you the depth of work your situation actually needs, and whether an audit is the right first step at all.

The whole operation

You can’t fix the part you can’t see.

Most companies can name the workflow that hurts. Almost none can rank it against the other four. That ranking is the entire point of the audit.
